You should absolutely hire Heather as your realtor! You will not regret it! She is a rockstar. Previous to hiring Heather, our house was on the market for 5 months with a different realtor. We only had about 5 showings and had to decrease the price repeatedly. Once we hired Heather, we had about 15 showings in 2 days plus an open house and ended up with 2 offers over asking. She did an amazing job advertising, pricing, staging and negotiating. She is so personable and fun to work with. She made the process so easy for us and sold our house for more than we expected in such a brief period of time. I cannot say enough about how impressed I am by Heather! I would definitely hire her again. Highly recommend!

Heather is amazing!! She helped my partner and I purchase our first home in April 2023. As first time home buyers we had very little knowledge of the process, but Heather walked us through the entire thing. I really was expecting to have a difficult time with the process but she made the experience so stress free, which in todays market is quite the feat! We really appreciated her honesty when it came down to viewing homes. It was clear that she was dedicated to making sure that we found our perfect home within our budget.
She still reaches out to us from time to time to check in and see how things are going. Its truly those little things that show her passion and care. If we ever sell our house, Heather will definitely be the first person to come to mind.
