This company is top notch. They were hired to drain the pond in my subdivision a second time after it flooded once in 2021 and now again in 2023. If Adams county had fixed the pond drainage problem in 2021, they would not have had to come back in 2023. But these fine folks came out again and sat while the 150 gallon per minute pump ran 8 hours per day. The water board that hired them got permission to increase the pump size and they responded by bringing in a bigger pump. Today was a company holiday for them, and when I called them to ask if someone would come out to run the pump today, they responded again by sending someone out to run the pump for the better part of the day. I can't say enough good things about the staff. They are responsive and pleasant to deal with. I truly appreciate their work ethics and professionalism. thank you to the entire staff.

Guildner Pipeline Maintenance, and Guildner employee DJ, reliable and top-notch!
The Sanitary Sewer Mainline in the Denver suburb that I live in was town in was plugged and backing up into my basement. I called the Public Works Department of the Suburb at approximately midnight; the hotline operator didnt know which of the three possible companies maintained the sanitary sewer in my neighborhood and told me it was my responsibility to reach out to the company that maintains the sewer main. The hotline operator gave me the emergency hotline phone number for three potential companies. I called all three emergency hotline phone numbers. DJ at Guildner is the only company representative of the three potential companies that answered. I described the situation to DJ and gave him my address. He told me that my address is maintained by one of the other three companies, DJ gave me additional to try, but, more importantly, DJ told me to keep him updated and that he could potentially help me if the other companies did not answer. I called the other phone numbers, no one answered. I called DJ back at approximately 12:30am, I told him I had no luck with the other companies. He said it is not his area to operate in, but he understood the emergency and said he would send a crew regardless. A crew was onsite shortly thereafter, DJ also arrived onsite to assist. After spending considerable amount of time working with the various mains in the area, DJ and the Guildner crew were successful in removing the blockage.
DJ and the team at Guildner Pipeline Maintenance Company are the people who get things accomplished in this World and I am thankful and appreciative of their hardwork and wiliness to help out in situations that do not pertain.
