Zachary,You canceled your first appointment. Then made another but called before that appointment. I told you I would call you back when I was available and I did still before your set appointment time that you changed to. Regarding the 7 day policy:We resolve cases not just add to our inventory. I cannot provide the same level of service if I take too many clients. So yes we may not be available for your case after seven days. I told you that you would need to call in to check but you talked over me and hung up. It’s not my fault you cannot manage your income from your investment advisory business and that you lost your money with bad investments. I’m here to help people that are ready to get help. If you’re not ready just admit it and don’t try to ruin my good business reputation with your review.We still sent you a contract to review. That expires in 7 days. If you don’t like it move on. If you want to move forward and we can fit you in past that date give me a call and if we have the bandwidth I’ll help you. Joe

For anyone with IRS tax issues, Joe and his team at Eagle Tax will make your nightmare go away. I hired Joe after IRS froze my checking account and levied my wages. I was hesitant to spend $5000 to hire a tax pro thinking I could deal with IRS directly but sadly that wasn't the case. IRS is not your friend. They only have one goal. To collect money. Joe is flexible and will work out a payment plan monthly so I didn't have to pay upfront.(Not that I had the money to pay upfront). He was able to work out a installment agreement of $1500 per month instead of $3000 that IRS wanted. Now I don't have to look for second job. I can't thank Joe enough. He has over 15 years of experience and it served me well. Folks, call him. IRS problems don't go away . They're ruthless!!!!

Joe and his team are wonderful to work with, they worked out the kinks that others couldnt and expedited the efforts that took me years to attempt to accomplish on my own.
