        Room was nice, night clerk seemed irritated when we declared mom's dog which we paid the pet fee for. At breakfast, the waffle maker wasn't in service and the only hot item was the instant oatmeal on a very cold morning

        Stayed here more than once but never again. The rooms are quite disgusting but doable, but not near as bad as the staff. Every review posted here that refers to the staff I would echo. I was asked to have everyone in the room show ID at check in, which I have never heard of in my life. Was told it was for fire code, which confused me for the privacy aspect. I was asked to leave for questioning it and asking to show the policy in writing (which they didnt). They then refused to credit back the hotel charge, so now stuck disputing it with my credit card. Went to the quality inn right next door and of course only the person who paid was asked to show ID. So much for fire code.
