Its hard to put into words the power of Reiki... but it is beyond powerful. I have so much gratitude to Jeff for the healing he has begun to help guide me though. I have been through deep emotional trauma and found myself unable to get through it... I meditate regularly, but was blown away by the power of energy. I feel the relief of peace in mind and body. Today I had the unique opportunity of trying Reiki, a Japanese technique for healing where the therapist channels energy to your body. Words can not express how rejuvenated, refreshed and clear minded I felt after my session with the wonderful Therapist, Jeff who has travelled the world to become an expert in this field. My only regret is that I have not tried it sooner. What a difference it has made on my mind and body throughout the day. It is exactly what I needed after a very difficult few months. I highly recommend it to people who are seeking a better state of mind. Thank you Jeff. I will be back soon.
