Kayla was super informative and professional without being difficult to approach. Her attention to detail is exquisite. She does not miss a thing! She adds class to the process because she cares about the safety and well-being of her tenants.

Lived here for 15 mos and LOVED IT!!!! Most importantly, maintenance is *on top* of every request (usually within just 1-2 days - shoutout to Jos!) and the folks in the office are ALWAYS willing to help - they respond super promptly to your questions, including by email, get to know your name, and are friendly/professional and never belittling. (Shoutout to Caitlin and Kayla!). The locations proximity to Union Station was a major factor in selecting The Casey as my home, and its SUPER convenient if you need to ride the train a lot. Its also a short 10-min walk to Whole Foods, Confluence or City of Cuenaga Park for some nature, and the best coffeeshop/restaurant in the city aka Kaffe Landskap. King Soopers is a diagonal 2 minute walk cutting through a parking lot. Incredible location and beautiful views!! This building is very well-maintained, and having no physical keys (just punch codes) is super convenient for those prone to losing keys or forgetting to carry them on you. The bike room was super useful and easy to access (ground floor) as a daily rider. The slightly heated pool is yearround and sometimes has floating leaves in the off-season but will always be clean during the on-season when it counts! The hot tub occasionally breaks or becomes a lukewarm tub, but The Casey will email you if this happens. While it can be a bit hard during certain months to get the tub all to yourself, some of my favorite memories of my stay were befriending fellow hardcore hottubbers or getting to know someone else in there! Some inconveniences/downside are that common area Wi-Fi broke during the last half of my stay (may be fixed by time you move in), the walls are indeed easy to hear into the unit above (didnt particularly bother me), expect to hear EVERY Cheer during baseball season and have mandatory viewings of their fireworks shows, and the amenities/pet fees when combined w/ utilities can be pricey (~$200/mo for utilities plus amenities plus renters insurance plus pet rent for me). This wont be a problem for those with the right income and who plan ahead for the extra cost when calculating expected monthly rent. Apartments with excellent management like The Casey, that care about you as a tenant and are on top of things and not just trying to screw you over, are few and far in between! If you can afford The Casey (which btw is super affordable for its district, LoDo, and thousands cheaper than apartments down the block), LIVE HERE!!! If you ever peek into the office from outside the building you will see the many glass awards theyve accumulated, and it really speaks to the high level of positive experience they provide to residents!

Had a pretty good experience living here. I lived facing the train and never heard it unless I opened my balcony door. The commute to everything is really convenient. Youll want to attend many Rockies games. The walls are pretty thick so I never was bothered by any noise. Any maintenance request I had was answered with quickness. Throughout my time I only had to call them once. The gym was updated pretty much has everything you would want in a gym better than most apartment gyms. Moving in Kayla helped out alot and during my entire time here she was very helpful. Move out was seamless. I had to unfortunately break my lease due to a new job but Caitlin helped with the process and made it easy.
