The apartments themselves are alright, I wouldn't call the apartments luxury but the area outside is pretty luxurious because its close to everything you could ever want. One block from Elitch Gardens, Two blocks from Ball Stadium and the Aquarium. Probably 20 different sushi restaurants within 10 minutes of your door. 20-30 bars within a 15-20 minute walk out your front door. Their under new management now as of May 2022. The old management wasn't the best. My first week upon move-in I couldnt find parking in the garage. It was just too full, they have designated parking spots which cost more. I ended up getting a designated spot because who really wants to come home from work or a long day out in the world, only to come back home and have to fight just to park your car. The old management did a "parking audit" that took two months; thats a long time for an audit. The floors aren't concrete, you can hear the people above you walking around, moving, being noisy, etc. I can hear people flushing the toilet when im in the bathroom. The doors are also very thin, I hear people in other apartment rooms when their at home and i'm walking towards the elevators. Also if you live by the road or that train, you probably wont enjoy yourself too much. The pool and hot tub are heated, but who wants to swim in luke warm water during the middle of winter? I've been here a full year and within that time the hot tub quit working twice. First time took a week or two to fix, the second one looks like it's taking longer.
