    Renting at 7/s started out great! Butunfortunately it took a nosedive within the past year. My apartment itself has been a great place to live in - its spacious, bright, and Ive never heard my neighbors. But the building & neighborhood? Not so much. My car was broken into not once, but twice in our supposedly secure parking garage that I pay a considerable amount of money per month to park in. Ive had valuable items stolen and my privacy invaded. I told the office this and the most I got back was an apology and the choice to move my parking spot. I feel that if vehicle break-in and theft is occurring on your property, then you should at least offer to reimburse parking fees considering Im paying you to keep my car safe. Then you have the rent raises with every renewal. I get that theyre unavoidable nowadays, but the neighborhood is practically one large construction zone. There are two new apartment buildings going up on either side of 7/s. The noise starts at 6am and goes until 6pm - that includes weekends too. We constantly have roads closed around the building because of cranes, cement trucks, and other demolition equipment. I dont understand why 7/s continues to charge more each year despite the constant disturbance from construction. Lastly, the amenities here are ok, but not that great. We have a small gym and a rooftop lounge/balcony, thats it. This placed used to be accurately priced for what you get, now its just overselling itself. The only pros that come to mind for 7/s is that maintenance is pretty quick and Ive never had a package stolen (although I know others that have). Oh and the cleaning lady is an absolute angel. Shes such a sweetheart and is so nice. Just take this place with a grain of salt. Its got its pros and its cons. Hopefully youll have a better experience than I did. Edit in response to owner: Appreciate your reply - just some details Id like to add. The most recent time my car was broken into, I did ask if security footage could be reviewed and was told by the manager at the time (the guy before the most recent manager) that the intruder managed to get into the IT closet and compromised/disabled the camera system (meaning the footage was missing). Not sure how much truth there is to that statement but, thats what I was told. Also, if were getting specific, my yearly rent renewal that I received on July 26th of this past year came with another $100 increase. Instead of renewing for a year, I decided to select a four month lease, despite it being more expensive in the short term, so I could move in with my partner and align our move out dates. Considering my four month lease was $2,000+/mo, Id hope that the most recent renewal offer I received was less than that. To be honest I didnt even check because I knew I was going to move out anyways. 7/s was an OK place to live. Like I said, pros and cons. Just being honest about my experience.

    I had a tour scheduled at noon, showed up and Chelsea the Operations Manager refused to give me a tour. She had another employee call my phone while I was sitting in the lobby to say there was no one available for a tour. Meanwhile Chelsea is sitting in the see-through glass office. What a waste of time.

    My partner and I just moved into 7S Denver Haus and the leasing staff have all been fabulous. We had a couple of maintenance issues within the first week and all were dealt with in a timely manner (by Kiara and her supervisor). The gym, rooftop deck/grills are awesome as well.

We do wish we were able to have control over ongoing construction hours, as we are also frustrated that our residents are being disturbed, however the new buildings are owned by other companies which limits what we are able to do. We also strive to provide a secure, comfortable living environment for all our residents. It's upsetting to learn that you had to deal with your vehicle being broken into, especially since 7S does require FOB access to gain entry. We strongly encourage residents to not leave any valuables in their vehicle even if you are parked in a parking garage. Regarding the rent increases, we understand they can be frustrating, and we try our best to remain competitive while also managing the costs associated with maintaining and improving our community.
