I moved into this apartment complex at a very low state, and I will never forget the kindness I received from Vicki Getz and her coworker. The view on the rooftop was breathtaking. The amenities were wonderful. And everyone who lived there was so kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

The moving process is always very difficult, but the staff at Alas over Lowry made it SO easy. I had the pleasure of working with Edgar from start to finish! I cannot tell you how happy I was to see him when I was getting my keys. I honestly cannot wait to run into him at the leasing office. Their maintenance staff was SUPER quick with fixing a problem with my apartment. SO thankful for everyone at Alas over Lowry for making my experience great!

My husband and I just moved here from NOLA. Finding an apartment from afar was a truly stressful process. Edgar was my first contact at Alas. He was so helpful in navigating our decision making process. It was clear from the beginning that (mostly due to Edgars diligence) this property was held to a higher standard than the others in this price range. Weve been here for a week. The property lives up to its online image. The entire leasing team is helpful and quick to respond to our questions. I think we will be happy here.

Lived here for 2 years from March 2022 to March 2024. Positives: You got Great Lawn Park and the Lowry Sports Complex at walking distance. Theyre excelente if you like the outdoors and go for walks. Place is pet friendly [maybe too much] The roof is a nice because no one is ever up there so its quiet the majority to most of the time The gym within the complex is equipped with everything one could need from cardio machines and weights. Its hardly used so youll find it empty often I had issues with my trash disposal and it got resolved the same day [those guys dont work weekends so youll have to wait until Monday if you have an issue] You have beer gardens, grocery stores, and medical offices all within walking distance Pool and hot tub are open year round and theyre spacious enough New furniture for the pool and grills which are excellent to host friends and family Units are huge with walking closets that are bigger than you could possibly imagine. Theyre also well insulated so they stay warm when cold and cold when warm. Theyre also great with sound so blast that music because [apparently] neighbors cant hear it Washer and dryer inside, bathroom is big enough and also an island with enough space Patios and balconies are big enough as well and easy to decorate Overall a great centric area with Aurora and Denver close by You can pay rent with cards with a small 2% fee [around $40-$70 depending on your rent] Negatives: I had issues with my upstairs neighbor [he would let his dogs pee on balcony and it would trickle down to my patio] and it took 11 complaints until management decided to finally do something about it Guy would come and clean with an awful attitude and expected me to be understanding after 11 times of the problem Youll be able to hear neighbors upstairs while they walk but wont be able to hear sound [unless they yell] Coffee machine is often not working [needs rinsing would display almost daily on there] Like I said, a little too pet friendly. Lots of poop around the property and unleashed dogs [law says they gotta be leashed] Dogs barking at all hours for anything without owners taking responsibility [my lovely upstairs neighbor would let his dogs alone all day and they would bark endlessly which was disruptive for me since I work from home] and they would play INSIDE the unit and I could hear toys falling and their nails hitting the ground Rent is EXPENSIVE [an average of $2,400 a month for a 1 bedroom] RBS fees are between $300-$400 a month without exceptions You are charged TWICE for trash [communal and ballet which was around $80 a month] Internet package was $130 a month [they said it would decrease b it you know rent would increase] Classic HOA fees and who knows where that goes NO EVENTS WHATSOEVER EVEN THO ONE OF THE AGENTS TOLD ME THEY WOULD BE DOING SOME Theyll have ice cream trucks and doggy treats once an a blue moon ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE OF COMMUNITY NO ONE TALKS TO EACH OTHER. The friends I made was because I chose to say hi but that is not the norm and most people are quite dodgy Not very diverse [if you care about that] Moving out costs were $700 [for me no pets] due to a bleach stain on the carpet [I was told by the manager that they could use markers to mask it but either they saw a chance to squeeze more money out of me or she lied] plus the RBS monthly fees [was $391 for that last month for a grand total of $1091 to move out] and adding the prorated rent I basically paid an extra month or around $2300~ TO MOVE OUT Cleaning fee is $200 Rent goes up $200-$400 extra per lease renewal Cars WILL GET BROKEN INTO For me personally, no one introduces themselves when they answer the phone. It would be helpful if yall did like Hi thanks for calling Alas Over Lowry this is Petra how may I help you or something along those lines Management does not enforce anything. Example, youll see lots of grills and bikes when it says you should not have those on the patio or balcony [trust and believe they slap a fine once on there youll see that changing]

You got Great Lawn Park and the Lowry Sports Complex at walking distance. Theyre excelente if you like the outdoors and go for walks.
Place is pet friendly [maybe too much]
The roof is a nice because no one is ever up there so its quiet the majority to most of the time
The gym within the complex is equipped with everything one could need from cardio machines and weights. Its hardly used so youll find it empty often
I had issues with my trash disposal and it got resolved the same day [those guys dont work weekends so youll have to wait until Monday if you have an issue]
You have beer gardens, grocery stores, and medical offices all within walking distance

Washer and dryer inside, bathroom is big enough and also an island with enough space
Patios and balconies are big enough as well and easy to decorate
Overall a great centric area with Aurora and Denver close by
You can pay rent with cards with a small 2% fee [around $40-$70 depending on your rent]
Negatives:
I had issues with my upstairs neighbor [he would let his dogs pee on balcony and it would trickle down to my patio] and it took 11 complaints until management decided to finally do something about it
Guy would come and clean with an awful attitude and expected me to be understanding after 11 times of the problem
Youll be able to hear neighbors upstairs while they walk but wont be able to hear sound [unless they yell]
Coffee machine is often not working [needs rinsing would display almost daily on there]
Like I said, a little too pet friendly. Lots of poop around the property and unleashed dogs [law says they gotta be leashed]
Dogs barking at all hours for anything without owners taking responsibility [my lovely upstairs neighbor would let his dogs alone all day and they would bark endlessly which was disruptive for me since I work from home] and they would play INSIDE the unit and I could hear toys falling and their nails hitting the ground
Rent is EXPENSIVE [an average of $2,400 a month for a 1 bedroom]
RBS fees are between $300-$400 a month without exceptions
You are charged TWICE for trash [communal and ballet which was around $80 a month]
Internet package was $130 a month [they said it would decrease b it you know rent would increase]
Classic HOA fees and who knows where that goes
NO EVENTS WHATSOEVER EVEN THO ONE OF THE AGENTS TOLD ME THEY WOULD BE DOING SOME
Theyll have ice cream trucks and doggy treats once an a blue moon
ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE OF COMMUNITY NO ONE TALKS TO EACH OTHER. The friends I made was because I chose to say hi but that is not the norm and most people are quite dodgy
Not very diverse [if you care about that]
Moving out costs were $700 [for me no pets] due to a bleach stain on the carpet [I was told by the manager that they could use markers to mask it but either they saw a chance to squeeze more money out of me or she lied] plus the RBS monthly fees [was $391 for that last month for a grand total of $1091 to move out] and adding the prorated rent I basically paid an extra month or around $2300~ TO MOVE OUT
Cleaning fee is $200
Rent goes up $200-$400 extra per lease renewal
Cars WILL GET BROKEN INTO
For me personally, no one introduces themselves when they answer the phone. It would be helpful if yall did like Hi thanks for calling Alas Over Lowry this is Petra how may I help you or something along those lines
