The pricing is very affordable, staff is always really friendly and always pick up the phone. Kelley and Jay are just such a wonderful team. Maintenance is always there right away if there is ever a problem even after hours. The amenities are so fun! I personally love the pinball machine upstairs! this is the best apartment I have ever had. The residents are also super sweet and friendly! Parking comes with a free storage unit attached! I plan on staying for a long time

Sign a lease here if you love being charged for amenities that you can NEVER USE! I dont even know where to begin. The pool and hot tube are constantly broken and filled with trash. The gym has been out of paper towels and sanitary wipes for 5 months! Ive been asking management to restock the paper towels every week since August, you would think I was asking them for a kidney! NO ONE WILL EVER BE ABLE TO VISIT YOU HERE. This place is a nightmare to live in if you have an active social life or lots of visitors because of the butterflyMX keyfab system. You cant buzz anyone into the building, instead theres only one entrance that has a tv screen for the visitor to type a code into that theoretically will unlock the door and activate the elevator. Only problem is that the elevators are CONSTANTLY BROKEN! I think this system has been actively working for about one month total of the 11 which Ive been living here. Guess what that means? If anyone wants to come over to visit you at your apartment, you have to walk all the way downstairs to the first floor to let them in. Every. Single. Time. Did one of your friends spend the night at your place? Guess what theres no way for that person to lock your apartment if you youre not there and they want to leave. Management has refused to give additional key fabs to tenants or fix the elevator citing security concerns. Its nice to know that no friends, significant others or family members can ever spend the night without you having to leave your apartment unlocked and the guest locked out of the building. Oh and did I mention that you will be paying money for this butterflyMX system that never works?! In addition the maintenance team here is horrible! I put in multiple work orders to have a water leak in my bathroom fixed and it took over two months for them to finally do something about it. When they came to fix the leak yesterday they left my apartment a mess and a giant hole in the ceiling of my shower. My sink has been broken since I signed my lease in January and they still havent fixed it. Do yourself a favor, learn from my mistake and dont sign a lease here.

I had a fantastic experience with Canvas on Blake in Denver. The apartments were well-maintained, and the management team was responsive and friendly. They even organised community events, creating a sense of community. Highly recommend for quality apartments and excellent management!
