Griffis North Union

We've been here about a week so far and everything is going great! We leased sight-unseen from 700 miles away and were pleasantly surprised by how easy the whole process has been. Our apartment feels bigger than we anticipated and the area is friendly and clean. Leah at the front desk has been kind and helpful along the way and Cliff from maintenance took care of a few things for us quickly. I'm very happy we chose Griffis North Union.

Cliff is truly amazing, super knowledgeable about everything in the apartment, & how to optimize everything from bathroom to kitchen to make sure youre loving your apartment. He is super quick and timely, extremely respectful, and truly just a nice guy

I have lived at Griffis North Union for almost two and a half years and have nothing but great things to say about this community. I've lived in 5 different apartments in Denver and this is by FAR the best. The staff in particular are exceptional. Andrew at the front desk has always been eager to help in any way he can while being friendly and professional. Cliff from maintenance - can't say thank you enough for his fast, efficient and friendly service. When Cliff was doing a routine maintenance check in my apartment, I accidentally broke a glass and he went out of his way to clean up every single piece of glass to make sure my apartment was safe. Maintenance requests overall have never taken more than 24 hours to complete. Thank you again to everyone who works hard to make Griffis North Union a great place to live. If you are looking for a clean, safe, apartment with amazing staff, Griffis North Union is undoubtedly the way to go.
