Well let's start with I moved in here July. The a/c didn't work and they didn't fix it for months. Took a year to fix my toilet. Lots of homeless sleeping in anywhere from the gym or a crawlspace. A lot of times I had no hot water to shower. Also people hanging out in the lounge from 10pm-6am blaring music. It's not bad, no insects, mice, or any other pests...

edited after move out bc things got bad.. broken fridge took weeks to repair. management dodges emails pretends u don't exist. lease gave me flex to pay up to 8 days late w/o penalty but on the 6th they'd start sending passive aggressive emails and sometimes posted letters..... cry about it lol don't complain abt smthn u chose to put in the lease.... like my own apt but p sure i saw some1 sleepin in the mailroom last night.. :( gr8 water pressure but hot water runs out alot.... i like my apt good size (fr 1500 it better b lol) but try 2 save money w/low energy stuff like waiting till 7 for chores n heat low like 65F but bills r not based on ur apt they r split w/allll apts based on ppl n sq ft so efforts r wasted paying other ppls bills n so i don't bother.. :((

Ive lived at 1190 S Bellaire Apartments for a little while now and overall its been pretty good. This is my first appt, I struggled for a while to find somewhere but Heller is an amazing person and she gave me a great tour, and made the whole process completely seamless I was approved within 2 days. I love pretty much everything about my apartment, the only thing is the walls and floors are SUPER THIN, the laundry rooms usually pretty dirty, and the workout room hasnt been open since I moved in. I would recommend that if you move here you go for the 3rd floor preferably, the second floor as a last option but not the first floor. When I first moved in it was pure bliss, but now I have a family living above me that act like they dont have someone living in the apartment below them. I even asked them nicely if they could chill a bit but it still goes on. They run around, Stomp, and bang on the floor from first thing in the morning until pretty late at night everyday but thats pretty much it. If it wasnt for that I could see myself living here for a while. Overall good place with lots of restaurants nearby and access to different pools and amenities in the area.
