Visiting a resident for the first time and Oh my WOW!!!! First off the entrance is spectacular....The team (Kayla and Micah, Caulien) we encountered was smiling and interested in our visit it was a welcoming experience we also attended acommunity event which was a Chili cook-off we was able to eat and drink enjoy the atmosphere of the pool and the city skyline and mountains We had so much fun what a fun place to live Hope to see you ladies again soon

If you want to dread coming home, while enduring a "luxury" price-tag, Parq is definitely the place for you. This building is not what it used to be two years ago. Graystar has always been a hellish company to lease from, since Anya became the property manager, Parq is starting to live up to those low expectations. And, that's exactly what you should have moving into this building (low expectations). Be prepared for: 1. A property manager who is completely out of her depth managing this property. If anything goes wrong, be prepared for her palpable anxiety dealing with any situation and subsequent avoidance of it. Meaning, there is little recourse for anyone if something is to go wrong while living here. She does not support her tenants whatsoever. In fact, she works from home most of the time, so you'll be lucky if you even see her, and even luckier if you get a response from her before 4 business days. 2. Elevators are constantly down, for weeks at a time. Ask Anya about it while she is working from home! 3. Very high, obstructive levels of construction surrounding the building from every direction coupled with garage doors that are consistently broken (also for weeks at a time) causing car break-ins and overall chaos if you chose to park your own car 4. Parking garage rules not enforced and there are strange vehicles parked in different spots- some who I don't even think are tenants while everyone else pays $250 a month 5. Quality of tenants: Loud. Trashy. Some floors are worse than others, it's a game of roulette. 6. Speaking of trash, this building contracts with Valet Living to manage their trash removal. This company is rated at 1.8 stars on google and for $25 a month, they will more than likely decide not to show up, or to not pick up your trash because their employees are lazy. Parq really loves to defend this worthless company. Don't be seduced by the leasing agents, it's a complete veneer. This place is run extremely inefficiently and it has become a daily nightmare to live here. I dread coming home.
