Gables Vista

Great experience working with the leasing team, the apartments here are brand new (I think the place was finished back in 2021). The pool has an unbelievable view of the mountains, their gym is massive, and plenty of parking for the residents.

Highly do not recommend. Building is nice but the management and front desk people try to tell you have to live your life. Tried telling me I can't leaving late at night, my dogs cant stay home alone, all of our amenities are never up and working. They also refused to send you emails, letting you know that they're not working. They give you no notice if maintenance is coming by they just walk in Regardless if you're home or not. If you happen to have a complaint against you. There nothing you can do to defend yourself. ( even showing them cameras footage it wasn't you.) Cars are broken into weekly and management says they can't reveiw their cameras DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOURE A KAREN TOO!!

Who is 'us' to contact? People should have the right to write reviews based on their experience and not receive pushback. If anyone wants to learn about Gables, contact me. I did not visit, I lived in your apartment after calls for a long time to come to Denver and live at the Gables Vista from your company. Why would you do that?
