I recently found a new apartment using smart city. Molly Nguyen was extremely helpful in finding great options that were just what I was looking for. I also gave her pretty short notice for when I needed to move, and she had me signing a lease just a week after contacting smart city. Highly recommend smart city for anyone trying to find an apartment.

We loved working with Brooke, she was awesome in helping us look for a new apartment in Denver (we were moving from overseas). We were super nervous about finding a place in a city we had never been to and even with the distance, she was able to accommodate to our asks with a lot of professionalism and her advisory just made the whole process very easy and fast. She really knows her stuff and really helped us find a place that met all of our requirements. Couldnt recommend her enough!
