        Our hot water boilers went yesterday and our management team addressed it as soon as they arrive this morning. I am impressed that the issue was resolved within hours of Sergio arriving this morning. Sergio put out communication to the community with in minutes after he received notice about the hot water. Thanks for doing a fantastic job executing a quick resolve Sergio your the man.

        I always say this apartment was fine for what it was. No longer live here. Moral of the story, you get what you pay for! For a positive; the leasing agents are fantastic. Really friendly and accommodating. Biggest positive at the place. Now onto negatives. My main concern was safety. If you want to live in a safer area, you will have to pay more in Denver. Point blank. When I lived here, there was an issue with doors being left propped open. I always shut the doors, but seemed like I was the only one who did so. Look out for your fellow residents people! If you tour before you lease, you should have a feel for the area. I would recommend parking in the garage and getting a steering wheel lock. I do this anywhere in Denver due to car theft, not unique to this complex. BUT it doesnt feel good being worried about your vehicle at your place of residence. I did see multiple cars broken into. Dont leave valuables (yes, even phone chargers) visible in your car. The pool was nice, and I thought the other residents were friendly and nice. I liked the outdoor area and the gym. Apartment did smell bad from time to time and there was a trash issue. Again, if you want a more luxurious place, you will have to pay more. Sucks but it is what it is. Lastly, walls are thin. Can hear full conversations that your neighbors are having. Annoying but thats apartment living.
