        Amazing 5 star experience! I could not be happier with the Play with Fire workshop- Agness attention to safety and details, while honoring our own creative process and participation was perfectly balanced and delightful. I treated myself to the workshop for a Christmas gift, and I am thrilled with the experience and the result of my beautiful orb. that is one of a kind and something I will treasure forever! I hope to do more workshops in the future. Highly recommend!

        Signed up for the Make two Ornaments glass blowing session in December. I had to cancel due to COVID test. I called the studio to rebook (there is an extre $25 dollar charge according to their website). The woman told me to send an email. I have sent 8 EMAILS and they just send a generated response. They have no intention of letting me use the money to rebook a class. I have lost out on over $129 and they will not respond! THIS IS REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

We have not forgotten about any of our customers. We will be sending out gifts certificates. Our online booking system charges a $25 re-registration fee, and we pass that on to the customer.       Mr. Elijah SanchezFor all of you, that don’t know this is my nephew and he’s a spoiled brat. He wants to learn how to blow glass, but he wants his education for free…don’t be a hater of family success. Shame on you. Elijah!You should be more worried when your employers reads your reviews.
