NAPA Auto Parts

Had to go here as my local store didn't have the correct rotors. They sent me here while they had the correct partI needed. Price went from $58 ea. at my store to $99 ea. here. I wasn't too happy with paying twice the price.

The worst thing about the man who is serving is very arrogant and never wants to help. You ask him something and he answers very rudely. I asked him if someone could help me put on the windshield wipers and he said no, I couldn't get out because he has to answer the phones and he didn't want to tell one of those there to help me.

Came in looking for a few items and was greeted by a gentleman named John! He was helpful, and very kind. Did his job quick and efficient got me my parts and out of there in no time. The only NAPA Ill come to.

This store sucks, I've given up on ever using Napa again. In the last month I've tried them three times for parts and everytime they drop the ball and give me attitude when I ask for any kind of ETA or availability. I understand people can be rude to you working retail but for real, if your having a bad day. I shouldn't have to be disrespected or talked down to because I'm asking for some kind of idea if I can depend on Napa or not. From what I heard from employees at other stores in the past, this is the norm with Napa. i've been using AutoZone since and I'm happy. I'll try again when Napa gets their act together. Just kidding Never Again!
