I have been here twice for a check engine light diagnostic and they did it for me for FREE! Then they let me know what's wrong, how much the part costs, and approximately what it should cost for the labor at a repair shop. Great customer service! I love these guys! I'm going back today to buy some needed things and spend money there as a thank you!!

I went to AutoZone to get a diagnostic test for my Ford F-150, had trouble starting it sometimes. Anthony the manager told me my starter was going out. They had a great price on starters, the only problem I'm not a mechanic. Anthony is also a mechanic, I never expected this but he went out of his way to put the starter in. It was almost closing time, he told me to give him a half hour and he will put it in for me. I paid him for his service and it runs great. Thank you Anthony and the whole staff you guys are amazing.

The last time I was here I got sold the wrong part. Not necessarily the fault of the employee, their system said it would fit my car. This time I went in for some headlight restore wipes and the gentleman who rang me up provided me with a tip to keep them restored longer. The customer service was excellent and I was able to update my account with minimal hassles. He seemed knowledgeable about the product and was a pleasure to do business with.
