Open a business account.the worst decision EVER! If they had a zero star rating..they would get that. Multiple visits for my debit card. 1 st timethey dont know what happened. 2. They will have it send to branchno calls from them for almost 2 weekscame to branch again same story.. sorry I dont know what happened. 3. Express mail to branch king king lune asked a person sitting down to please grab my debit card and he said I still have to wait in the long line. WTH! Looking for another bank. So far this place is horrible with customer service!

Fix your ATMs, so they will accept deposits. I have tried in Wheat Ridge and Aurora.

Wish i could give it "No stars ". Not only they have 1 ATM. So ur always waiting for ever. And they changed you two times.when u used another ATM. It will take them a hour to answer There phone.! NO HELP AT ALL!!! They charge you all these fees. Just for banking with them. Buy time they get done. They got u for 150 a month. "For Nothing " The worst bank

Horrible customer service, racial profiling is absolutely unacceptable. Being disrespectful to customers is a major no no!! Please train your employees and please teach Priscilla how to talk to customers!!!
