An Asian lady employee told me to leave at 5:09 pm, well others told me its ok to stay around until a friend pick me up. 5 star for the location, minus 3 stars for the Asian lady.

The experience was terrible, racist with the employee Fernando Ruiz, he was an extremely racist person, a person who is not focused on what an account opening is, he is more focused on his personal life. It is the terrible service, which affected the account he opened, since it was canceled in days and still received direct deposits from work, which is blocking the money just because of his bad and terrible service. I give zero stars to this person and the bank at this branch. I definitely recommend not opening an account with this person. I hope to have a response from the bank directly, to proceed with my complaint to a manager in charge. Terrible service, I always recommend openings at Welles Fargon bank to my family. But no more recommendations, we will try another bank now. Really annoying. Not even the opening card arrived The employees are given the account they wanted, not the one they require. Terrible, terrible.
