I cannot say enough wonderful things about my first ever extension experience at Cru. The whole team from start to finish were so friendly, informative and made the whole experience so much fun. My stylist made sure to educate me through the entire process as he got through them, which I am so thankful for because now I feel much more confident on how to take care of them on my own. The extensions themselves are extremely comfortable, even to sleep in!! I was so worried I would feel a constant tugging or be able to feel them when I lay down- that is not the case at all. They made sure to seamlessly blend with my natural hair, to avoid that "mushroom" effect that I've seen so many times. I literally keep getting stopped on the street and asked what I do to have such a beautiful head of hair. What really sets them apart is how mindful they were of making sure I felt comfortable with the process, length and all aftercare steps. It really made the experience that much better. Not only that, the energy in the room was so electric and I left feeling like an absolute goddess with my gorgeous new hair. I can't wait to go back to see my hype team for the adjustments. Met with the expert team at Cru to match my multi tone bayalage hair to the ideal extension color. After assessing my height and desired length look I was matched to a multi pack of both bright blonde, my highlight tone and a 8 color bend of the brunette tones. The technique they used made a perfect blend that looks incredibly well matched with my actual hair color. They also took into consideration for my need to wear my hair in updo styles and perfectly aligned my part to hide the bonds of the extension. The extension has not only added more length but the overall appearance of my hair is much more full bodied and keeps its hold longer with my typical heat styling tools. Im in love with the big braid energy the extensions have given me and excited to try some new styles! Thanks again to the friendly expert staff at Cru!!
