Transformative Training has been a fantastic partner. Jeannie listens and asks great questions and is able to pivot as needed. Jeannie truly cares about the learners and the results. She follows up after each interaction to review results and discuss any adjustments needed. Her sessions are extremely interactive and involve each learner. Jeannie is a wonderful learning partner!

Jeannie, what a difference she has made! A team of leaders at our organization has attended an 8-month long Leadership Training lead by Jeannie. Setting aside one day a month to devote to leadership improvement has truly been a great experience. Jeannie has a gift to share! Her energy, guidance, games (yeah!) and engagement, along with thought-provoking exercises that require careful considerations of newly gained knowledge has aided in transforming the way we react as leaders. I would highly recommend Jeannie as a trainer and guide. Personally, I have benefited from the training professionally and personally, as I have learned to navigate understanding people and personalities and adjust my behavior in favor of mutual benefit. The newly gained skills have also been highly beneficial in recognizing how to recognize achievements and give praise as well as how to handle conflict and provide feedback. After recently being promoted to CEO of an organization that I've been with for over ten years, I knew that I needed the support of a good coach to navigate the transition. I chose Jeannie and Transformative Training because she has worked with our organization for many years and I trust her implicitly. After just a few months of coaching, I can say that I feel more grounded and centered in my own style of leadership. I understand my leadership tendencies - both positive and challenging, and I am better able to catch my saboteurs that get in the way of being the best leader I can be. I have more clarity around my role and my work and how I show up in different situations. Also, for someone who is a peacekeeper, I no longer am fearful of conflict and feel equipped to make difficult decisions. Executive coaching with Jeannie really has been transformative.

I really enjoyed our conflict management and personality style class with Transformative Training. What I learned about myself and how I operate will make me a better human being. I am still digesting the information and getting better at seeing others where they are at. I appreciated how you held the room and corralled us "construction types" when things got uncomfortable.

Jeannie is just amazing! The one day course we took was well worth it, even with those that were skeptical initially. She provides a structure to reinforce the large amount of applicable content, which increases the value exponentially and has made an impact on my professional and personal life, as well as those that I come into contact with on a daily basis. Very thankful for the opportunity to attend her course and highly recommend her to anyone that wants to practical and profound improvements to themselves.
