Staff was great! Lots of dirty items on racks. Deodorant and make up on multiple things found while browsing. Maybe wipes in dressing rooms would be helpful? :)

I love OV, their mission, everything, but unfortunately had an awful experience today! I went to return a few items & a sales woman with strawberry blonde hair helped. Without asking, she refunded the item to the original payment method, then asked me what I preferred. I split this purchase with a friend & it was on their credit card, after explaining the situation, she rudely replied well she can just venmo you. I then proceeded to ask more questions where she was so obviously quick to want me out of the store. I love OV, but will gladly pay shipping fees to avoid grumpy workers like her. I am severely disappointed & understand that people can have off days, but it was just an experience that made a great day turn bad. Sometimes people dont realize how their actions can really affect someone elses day. I hope employees read this & remember to be kind to all customers, not because its their job, but because theyre interacting with other human beings that deserve kindness & love!

Riley really helped me out! I loved the overalls I found, but not the color - which was sold out online and in this store. She suggested I call other stores in different states and even called for me and checked if it was in stock. Wrote me a list of stores and their numbers and I was able to get one of the last black overalls! I know its silly but its really hard for me to find overalls that look good on me and are actually functional for work!!! Thank you for your help!!!! Really cool store, great staff, definitely check it out if youre in the area.

The OV Denver Store is one of the better OV stores weve been to. They have a large selection of items and are well stocked with different sizes. The staff there was super helpful, particularly Catherine. She was knowledgeable and helped share her expertise with us.
