        Very strange and negative experience with this company. I inquired on their website about having 100 wedding invitation suites printed. I included all necessary information regarding my project and included a PDF file to show them what I was wanting printed (a very simple wedding invite template). I received a response back from Rich Cloke, who apparently is the manager, saying “Sorry Ashley, we will not be able to provide a quote on this project.” That was the entirety of the email...no explanation whatsoever as to why my project wasn’t suitable for their services despite their website offering the service. I replied asking for additional context and was ignored. Very strange, rude and deeply unprofessional. Feeling dismissed and disrespected as a customer and will never attempt to work with them again.

        The person answering your online questions is crazy rude. Sending this "Unfortunately, we will not be bidding on this project". Don't look to these folks for help. To add all I asked was it possible to print on anytype of fabric.
