Hogarth Office Space

I just wanted to say, it has been over 3 years, and I am still so happy to be here! My original sentiments still stand (See below). Hogarth has been a great spot to run my business with/thru. I have even expanded and are now renting 2 rooms with them They continue to be responsive, provide great up-keep with the properties, are upfront and honest .I would definitely recommend renting with them. Muy original post from 3 years ago- I am so happy I found this spot! The entire team is so helpful - from marketing and sales, to maintenance and even the landscapers! - They have all been very responsive, and really care about the success of my business. All patients that walk in always comment on what a beautiful space it is. I love to show it off. I would highly recommend working with the Hogarth Property team at any of their locations.

Update: The review below was from a couple years ago and I'm happy to report that HPC has not disappointed! I'm still here and happy with my experience here. Everyone - from the tenants to staff - is friendly and kind. Thanks HPC! ------------------------------------------------------------ Being a commercial tenant at HPC has been an amazing experience. I dont see our business going anywhere else! The professionals at HPC are friendly, supportive and very helpful. The office spaces are bright and welcoming and the owners and managers go above and beyond to help our business. They recently sponsored promotional videos for each of their commercial tenants to help promote our business - I cant say Ive ever even heard of this anywhere else! Simon is an excellent, attentive and kind land lord. He draws in really wonderful people and everyone is incredibly accepting. This is a place that brings a lot of light to the world and draws in people who do the same.

"I have been a tenant of Hogarth for the past 3 years at 1666 Lafayette St. Their offices are beautifully presented and well taken care of and the rents are fair. If we ever have a matter that needs to be taken care of it is almost always addressed the same day. Nice place, nice staff. I highly recommend".

We love our office. The building incredibly well kept. The staff at Hogarth are wonderful. We couldn't be happier here and would recommend Hogarth to anyone.
