The old woman who works at this store is so rude for no reason, kept watching me like I was going to steal something when I was trying to compare foundation formulas, was sooo condescending while helping me, and was honestly just a btch from the second she looked my way. Definitely will not be returning & if you do go here make sure not let her help you. Will honestly be calling manager of the store because of how terrible her customer service is. Go to Sephora upstairs instead.

I had a wonderful experience here with Sasha and the team picking out new lipsticks. They genuinely cared about picking out the right colors for me and spent time and energy on picking out products even though I didnt have a scheduled session. They were out one product and had to go to the Nordstrom Mac to pick it up, and at that location the staff were super rude and not accommodating at all. If youre at cherry creek, go to the actual Mac store, they were so awesome. They even let this womans little kids play with the lip glosses and it was so cute to see the little girls get excited. 10/10 experience
