        Such a rude and unhelpful Sephora. Lots of employees standing around chatting with themselves versus attempting to help the few customers in the store.

        Got help from an employee today, didnt see her name but she had fake lashes contacts and lip filler. She was extremely dismissive and rude, I left without buying more product because I was going to ask her some questions/recommendations but she was extremely dismissive. During the checkout process she was unfriendly as well. Maybe she needs some better training

        Instacart shopper and had a huge order in December and the manger was amazing in assisting me on a 2k order. She was So pleasant I didnt catch her name but what a lovely lady.

        Went opening weekend because they advertised a scratch card gift no purchase necessary. Purchase was necessary, I found that shady. The ceiling was leaking snow melt into a bucket. I get that opening weekend is chaotic, but none of the staff seemed like they already didn't want to be there. I'll stick to the Sephora at Cherry Creek.

        I've been here 4 times now, and EVERYONE has been so nice to me. All the staff has been helpful and not pressing me to buy expensive things. The competition close by (starts with a U) always treats me poorly. All of these ppl listen and help so much. As for the comment from the other person about opening weekend, I was there and my experience was totally the opposite. I saw plenty of people get a gift without making a purchase, and the staff was great! Also, if you have never worked a grand opening in a popular retail store, it is very stressful, and a store like this has a lot more going on than ppl realize. LOVE THIS STORE!!
