The reality of this place is that the teachers are untrained and overwhelmed. The teachers are not given the proper training to handle a high volume of kids. Ive spoken to previous teachers and know that they dont receive the proper support. We had four different teachers take over in the span of a few months. If your child has any behavioral issues or needs extra assistance dont bother and bring them here because they are not well equipped to handle kiddos with extra needs. Aside from the obvious issues I also witnessed teachers screaming at kids and acting completely unprofessional. More often than not the front lobby is unmanned, when the receptionist is there she is very awkward and unfriendly. Cleanliness is also a major issue as it is in most daycares however this one has outbreaks every week, hand and foot disease, pink eye, Covid, flu, see for yourself they post a new outbreak announcement every week. This center needs a whole reorganization.

Three Bears greatest strength is their ability to work with families and our ever changing schedules and lives. They hire wonderful teachers who really get to know your child. They communicate clearly and consistently all while understanding the needs of the whole child. Their focus on play was wonderful for my son who is now moving into public school Kindergarten with social emotional skills he was able to practice and have reinforced at Three Bears.

I love this place! We starting going here 6 years ago and it is still my favorite place. They have watch my youngest son grow up Jennifer and Megan are the best and I couldnt ask for better teachers and mangers
