I would like to share about my overall experience. I had an implant put in. It was a pain to work with them with my insurance. Once my claim was processed, I found out I overpaid for their services and would be receiving a credit. I had to follow up with them multiple times to get my credit. They kept telling me that it would take a few weeks to receive it. After 2 months of waiting, I called back and found out they had an issue with their vendor issuing the check. They should have done a better job following up with their vendor about this rather than assuming everything would be taken care of. I wish they had submitted the insurance claim before asking me to pay for their services out of pocket so I knew the exact amount I owed. I had a follow up appointment today and they were running behind. It was not the staffs fault, but clearly Dr. Ryan making us wait for him. I waited 20 minutes before I was taken back to a room. Once I was numb, I had to wait additional time for Dr. Ryan to be ready for the procedure. The MA informed me that Dr. Ryan was talking with other doctors that were visiting and that was the hold up. When he came in he said a quick hello and nothing else about the procedure nor asked me any questions. He quickly did the procedure and left. I found this to be very rude and lacking in customer service. He also spoke very rudely to his staff. He came across as very egotistic and not caring towards his patients. Overall, they did a good job with the implant. The staff was friendly. It was just everything else that was not satisfactory. I am glad to be done with them.

I had all of my teeth removed with dental implants and left with new teeth the same day!

As a young person considering implants, I felt like a failure. Dr. Ryan reassured me that others are going through the same thing, and that he can help me. Everyone at the clinic is so kind too. Can't recommend enough.
