Do NOT go here. Dr.Chad mest up my bite. Went in for fillings and came out with a mest up bite. He shaves off some of my tooth instead of filling and everything went down hill from there. This has caused me to get anxiety and depression. Very fast past environment, I think you need to take your time for this kind of work. Please do your research before hand. Wish I would have done that myself. Didn't feel right since the beginning.

Love at first cleaning! From the moment we walked in we felt like we were in very capable and caring hands starting with the receptionists, Rita and Sophie. My teenager, who has historically hated the dentists, loves this office!

Update - went to another dentist office and advise them that Dr. Chad had mentioned I had a crack in my tooth and I needed to get it fixed or get a root canal. The new office proceeded to tell me that it was normal to happen with these fillings, and they dont recommend doing root canals, or even messing with the tooth until theres a problem. it just confirms and shows me that Dr. Chad and his office are all liars and they are committing fraud for the insurance. I have reported this office more than once and I will continue to report it until they are shut down. I have even contacted my insurance company and advised them of the fraud that has been processed. it said that Dr. Chad is over here getting rich and taking his family on vacations when hes ripping people off. The funny thing is you can treat people however you want but in your afterlife you have to answer to somebody for the way that you treat people.Ive been coming to this place for over seven years and never had an issue. I recently brought my son over here and was so upset by the way that he was treated by the dental assistant. When they took my son back for photos of his teeth, he was trying to talk to the dental assistant, because he was nervous. She kept brushing him off, and then, when he told her that she was doing something that hurt him, she gave him a rude reply. She then proceeded to start cleaning his teeth while brushing and flossing them. She was shoving the floss so hard down into his teeth. You can tell that she was having a bad day. My son literally called me over to hold his hand. She asked my son a question and I corrected his answer. And she proceeded to give me a rude response by saying I asked him and this is what he said. What kind of customer service is that?! And when I said something to her, she got mad and shoved her chair and proceeded to get up and say that she was going to get the dentist and ran out the room. Arent they supposed to make the experience better for kids? Most kids are scared of the Dentist anyway! I spoke to the dentist. And when I returned, I looked over and saw a different dental assistant, who was not working on my son, scrolling into our chart and getting our personal information. That is against HIPAA law. It is unprofessional. And its been reported. And she had no reason getting any information from our files. I spoke to the office manager and they said that the lady was new. I dont care if shes new or not if shes going to be working on kids, she needs to have some more respect. PUT HER TO SANITIZE OR SWEEP BECAUSE SHES NO GOOD! Save your self the stress. Ill never step foot in here again. Dr. Chad doesnt even treat you. He has the dental assistants do it. How lazy!
