They have worst customer service. I went to purchase and they referred me three different people. One says you need to check in first. The other said you dont need to check in for purchasing. Inorganic customer care. Wasted half an hour.

The store is beautiful, But the service was so much better before the Covid. Why I need to setup appointments if I want to buy new IPhone or IPod or watch, sometimes people going to the mall for lunch or dinner and then deciding spontaneous shopping.

In here for an iPad problem. (Made an appointment.) Lots of green shirted techs! Dylan opened my iPad right away. Did he fix it? Running diagnostics now. He reinstalled all my software and advised me of trade-in, trade-up deals. It's apparently working fine now but I don't really expect it to be fine for long. But... Positive experience except for having to go to a shopping mall. It never finished downloads. Had to go back next day. Different tech said problem was I had VPN on and VPN not needed on an iPad. He turned it off. iPad downloaded fully in just minutes there at the Apple store. No problems since. Great folks.

I wish I can give them 0 stars My iphone had a Cracked screen and Apple wouldn't even do anything. So I took it to a phone shop and fixed it in same day. You should be ashamed Apple.
