During the biggest winter snow storm of the season, they sent me a message that my appointment to get my wisdom teeth was still scheduled and that they were open. I called them in the morning to confirm. Hired babysitters to watch my all of my children who had no school, my husband and I BOTH took off work so he could drive me home after the procedure, then we drove an hour and a half to get to the appointment through the terrible roads and arrived at the office for them to tell me after 15 minutes that they didnt have preauthorization to do the procedure but if I wanted to sign that I would pay $100,000 if insurance didnt cover it then I could still get out my wisdom teeth today. Yeet

Wish I had a better experience here. I gave it 2 stars because Dr Olsen was nice and professional when explaining things. I went back in September to get a wisdom tooth extracted but still have a bit of nerve damage. Also not to mention the girl in the front (Hispanic with bleached hair) was a bit rude. She asked for my emergency contact info and then asked if my boyfriend was my son, and then laughed hysterically when I said no, thats my boyfriend. What a way to kick me while Im already down. Im glad everybody else in the comments had a great experience here but from my personal experience, I wish I would of gotten my procedure done somewhere else.

They did a wonderful job removing my teeth. I normally wake up very panicky from sedation but this time was one of the calmest I've woken up and the sedation didn't make me feel sick or groggy the rest of the day. I would highly recommend using them.
