Slowest service ever. Imagine if you wait for fries to cook for each individual order. That is how slow. No exaggeration we been 20 minutes for 2 quarter pounder and cheese meals.

After spending the night in the airport, without eating, and tired as heck. I was happy that the food came out really fast despite all the customers! Great job!

DO NOT use the mobile ordering here. Tried to push my order through, but it kept cancelling on me. Despite this, it charged me for each time. On multiple cards. Staff just shrugged and told me to move, as they had other customers. Had to take it to my bank to get charges dropped, as their phone number doesn't get answered.

They undercooked my chicken sandwich went back and they gave me another undercooked chicken sandwich. No one has time at airports to keep going back to get another sandwich. This is a health hazard. I understand you are busy but food must be cooked would give it negative stars if i could. Manager was extremely rude the second time even when I showed him the undercooked sandwich and said Im the only one complaining. I explained to him Im the only one who had time to come back. He gave me a refund and was extremely rude the entire time

If I could give a 0 I would. My flight was delayed for 12 hours. United put us up overnight with a hotel, transportation and meal vouchers. At 5am McDonalds is the only establishment open. Our meal vouchers are electronic. I place my order. We do not take that! ARE YOU KIDDING Its like a credit card all of the numbers you need are there to punch in the numbers. You can print it out sir And WHERE am I going to do that at the airport! If a business cannot accommodate customers to meet their primary need of feeding trapped people with inflated prices when its needed I WILL NOT give them my business when I DO have a choice
