image Denver Carpet & Flooring made the process easy and seamless from the initial in-home consultation through completion of our floor replacement. Install crew was great and did an amazing job!

Hi, Scott. Thanks so much for taking the time to write us a review.

image Great pricing and quick install. We had about 3000 sq ft of carpet installed over 2 floors and they did it all in one day. The crew worked hard, were kind, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend!

image This was a difficult review for me to write. We saved our money and replaced the carpeting in our house with flooring. There were good reviews for Denver Carpet and Flooring online. I decided to let this company do my flooring. I stopped by their office to discuss the flooring with their salesperson. I found the selection very limited, and I did not feel like the salesperson was very helpful. I got the strong impression that the salesperson just wanted to sell flooring and would tell me what I wanted to hear. This should have been my first red flag. I picked out flooring and had Denver Carpet and Flooring complete the installation. It was a nightmare. I came home to gaps all over my house. It was a fight to get the project manager to fix the gaps and it cost me an additional $700. The project manager and installation team tried to blame my spouse for the gaps but who would leave gaps in their flooring? What kind of logic is that and who would ask for that? You could tell that the installation team was just slapping down boards as fast as they could, without care. The project manager and installation team finished the flooring but even now, there are gaps on the staircase and major caulking on the floors. I have a new carpenter and paint crew cleaning up the mess left behind. I would not recommend Denver Carpet and Flooring.

image I had so hoped to be writing a different kind of review. We purchased our current home in Feb 2023 and replaced the flooring throughout the entire house before moving in with LVP and carpet. We chose Denver Carpet and Flooring based on all the positive reviews and had a good experience with our salesperson Barb.
When we got to installation, the wheels came off. On the main floor where we wanted LVP, the installers cut into our cabinets and our wainscoting, damaging both, when we'd agreed on quarter-round and a smaller baseboard that wouldn't have required cutting or damage.
When the installers came back to complete the baseboards upstairs, we found caulk smeared into our brand new carpet in multiple places, a stain where a red drink had obviously been spilled and food and drink trash left in one of the bedrooms plus some small nails throughout (a problem when you have twin 5-year-olds). When I raised these issues, I was offered $500 off the cost of the project. Not nothing, but only about 1% of the total project cost.
The biggest issue is a section of flooring that they can't seem to figure out how to fix (video here: https://youtu.be/Uv4fnOUEmHg?feature=shared), and they've stopped replying to our emails. In addition to the 'movement,' there's a significant slope up to that section under the LVP. It's possible the subfloor isn't fully level, but a good installation team would've checked and at least given us the option to pay extra to level it if that's what it took. They've admitted they had to 'part ways' with our original installation team, but over a year later they're unwilling to make it right.
I had hoped to be one of the many positive reviews, but unfortunately I can't recommend this company.
