Colorado Flooring

We absolutely love our new stairs! The quote process was very easy and straight forward and the team made themselves available if I had any questions. We had Colorado Flooring come out and remove our old carpet and install new floor material on two flights of stairs. Their team matched the color of the stairs to the floor perfectly and they took the time to measure and cut each step to the exact dimensions. Our house has settled over time, and I know it made their job a bit difficult, but they individually measured ~32 steps to ensure it was right each time. I was blown away by their attention to detail; no gap between the trim and tread whatsoever (see pictures)! I really appreciate Colorado Floorings patience and dedication to excellence.

I procrastinated about replacing our carpet, because I thought it would be an ordeal. Not necessary. Thankfully, Kris Zavala was the representative, and he attended to every detail of the process. Kris listened to what I was looking for and brought appropriate samples to my home. There were lots of choices but the measurements and selections were completed quickly. I had a deadline for installation and it was done a week ahead of time. From the initial contact to receiving of the Costco gift card, there were no issues. Kris was responsive and delivered on every promise. Very strongly recommend Kris Zavala if you are replacing any flooring.

Kris was so great to work with. He not only found us several great options within our budget ge was able to schedule a next day install! This was beyond a great experience from start to finish! We cant thank Kris & his team enough for solving our carpet emergency after an already stressful flood situation.
