My personal experience here has always been a positive one. Dr. Barry Ross is an exceptional doctor that answers any and all questions and takes of you in a timely manner. If it werent for his help, I probably wouldn't be here today.

Was referred to this clinic by my primary care doc. It took 3 weeks to get an appointment. I saw Dr Barry. As he was walking in the door to see me he told someone I have a 4 oclock meeting so lets hurry and get through this. It was clear the this was my appointment. As someone who has been dealing with debilitating illness for over a year, to hear the doc say they are going to rush you through was horrifying. I should have walked out at that point but tried to keep my composure since I really was hoping to get some help. The appointment was rushed. He kept saying my illness could just be stress. I wanted to tell him I am stressed right now because I am so mad at you and trying to keep it in. I left wishing I had left immediately and saved me the frustration and rage.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This office is incompetent and rude. The only reason I went here is because they were the only office close enough to me that took my insurance and were accepting new patients during the spring of covid 2020. When I setup my initial appointment, the lady who answered the phone tried to tell me that they could test for an abdominal hernia in the office...which is not true. She even argued with me about it when I told her I disagreed. Anywho, I made an appointment and was informed that all new patients must enter there medical history, ailments, etc through their online portal. That took about an hour to complete and when I checked in for my appt, I had to completely fill out all the information again by hand because whoever was responsible for that info had lost/deleted/not saved it. The appointment with a doctor took about 15 min. The debrief was that he wanted to obtain a copy of a CT image from when I was recently admitted to an ED in Milwaukee, and that he had some dietary and lifestyle change suggestions for me to try. I specifically asked if I should obtain a copy of the CT or if it would be easier for his office to contact their office. The answer was the office prefers to obtain the images. I gave his office all the contact info to Milwaukee, asked to be notified when they had the images and left. It is important to note that when I left I had forgotten to obtain the dietary/lifestyle change recommendations. Over the next 2 months I tried to get that dietary/lifestyle information. The office staff literally refused to give me that info. The doctors medical assistant refused to leave a voicemail. The office claimed it was against policy to email such information. I went to the office in person and asked for a printout of the information but was refused. They insisted that all information be sent through the medical app MyChart. I complied and got their facility linked to the app. To this day I still do not have the dietary/lifestyle change information the doctor ordered me. During those 2 months I had also been calling to check up on whether the CT images had been obtained. I kept getting told that they were just waiting on Milwaukee to respond. When I showed up in person to ask for the dietary/lifestyle info, I asked for them to call Milwaukee with me standing there. I could hear the lady on the other end of the phone in Wisconsin say, "We never received a request." To this day the office has never obtained the CT images. What this office did not fail to do was consistently send me bills. I started 2 claims with Centura Health and the end result was a surprise debt collection notice in the mail without ever having a resolution conversation with a Centura representative. Needless to say, I'm not impressed with this group.
