This place is the best for training for real life situations. The people are friendly and encouraging and will help you adapt your training to your needs. Fantastic fitness, self-defense, and people. Having no prior background in martial arts or combat, I have been very pleased with the progressive self defense training Fusion has provided me in the last six months. The instructors are highly knowledgeable, relatable, friendly, and provide sophisticated instruction that feels accessible for a novice like me. The skills and drills practices are very applicable to real life scenarios and have me feeling much more alert, aware of my surroundings, and confident in my ability to defend myself in a threatening situation. I highly recommend these guys!
