        This F45 location helped me get out of that exercise slump post pandemic. The team at Sloan's Lake, is passionate, enthusiastic and positive no matter your training level. Their attitude really helped me want to come back everyday. They were great at progressing the workouts as I resolved injuries and improved strength. If you haven't tried F45, it has to have the fastest learning curve.
