My actual name is Amy and I lost 65lbs on the Med-Fit program. I was always thin but menopause and being inside during the pandemic caught up to me and I gained a lot of weight in just three years. What I learned is that will power is not enough to lose weight, especially if there are emotional reasons behind overeating. The combination of medication, personal coaching, protein shakes, and a nutritionist helped me see myself again in the mirror. This program is a fraud. If you want medication to loose weight, this is the place to do it. If you want a sustainable weight loss plan with nutrition guidelines, workouts, real accountability with recommendations tailored for you, don't join... you will just be disappointed with the service. The response below is inaccurate. My disappointment in the program had ZERO to do with me being sick. I owned that. My disappointment was the reassurance in the program that it will help me achieve my goals, promoting accountability classes but they're no longer available, promoting medication while knowing that wasn't my reasoning of joining, and having meetings cancelled on me without staff being accountable for rescheduling -- you can own that.

MedFit is a wonderful place to help with weight loss and boost your confidence! Dr. Tran is so sweet and her confidence in you is surreal! The coaches are knowledgeable! Without the coaching, me and my husband wouldnt have been able to lose weight. Shout out to our coaches Cassie and Dayana!
