They repeatedly have been calling my jobsite's phone trying to claim that they were calling about an application. NOBODY on my small team has applied, and calling over 18 times in one day is harrasment. If it happens again, expect the FULL weight of this major corporation's legal team putting you out of business.

Not my provider but yet they've called me 5 times in one hour. I asked to be taken off the call list and was hung up on not once but twice. Customer service could be WAY better.

Unfortunately my experience with supreme health care is very bad, and they are very bad health care company. They reduce monthly payment for services without saying any reasonable justification. Misleading clients under different reasons. For example, they reduce my monthly payment for a whole month service which i already did without letting me know before that for more than one month and ten days. When i asked them why you didn't reach me by phone or mail or any other means of communication, they haven't any reasonable answer. Thats mean, they never tried to reach me to explain why they will stop a service and deduct more than 600 or 700 dollars. They show me a report which shows that the case manager send it since September 30/2021 saying that she needs a midical report!!!!! Since September and no one say anything!! How lazy and careless they are??? They don't care for others if they work for a whole month and deserve payment or not. Their business is only to reduce money as though they have all the right to do so. I don't recommend any one to go to such careless health care company like this
