This was my first home inspection experience in over 20 years and I was totally impressed. Outstanding communication in planning inspection and detailed report after the inspection. Wes did a great job reviewing areas of concern and taking time to answer my questions. The video showing details with an explanation of the issues was impressive. Highly recommend this business.

My wife and I recently requested an inspection, and added a sewer scope, mold and air quality testing, and radon testing. Matt was able to give us a detailed inspection report the same day as the inspection. He walked us through the house and made sure we understood what was a concern, why it was a concern, and a rough estimate of what it might take to get the problem remediated. Overall, I'm very happy with the service and feel it was worth the cost.
