        I booked at the Holiday Inn Express from 6/27 to 6/30 (Downtown). When I arrived, the room was hot, almost 80 degrees. I turned on the AC, but it never cooled down. It went to 77 degrees, and I was there for over 2 hours. I called the front desk, and they sent a technician, but he couldn't fix it. I reclaimed my reimbursement, but the front desk lady (Kennedy) unpolitely told me that I needed to reach out to the Manager named Shawna Gehers via phone or email to get my money back. That person never responded, and I'm still waiting on my refund.

        Rooms are extremely warm, no adjustments available in 90 heat. $300! Per night. Close to 16th street mall, old after 2 hours. Tipped maid service yet still did not get coffee replacement and they stole my charging cord and replaced with shorter, cheap one. Would not recommend.
