Outstanding Staff. Very professional and courteous. Spacious room. Awesome bathroom with double lav, bathtub, and shower. Cool restaurant and bar on site. While this hotel was very nice and conveniently located, please note that your nights sleep will most likely be disrupted by street noise to include sirens, loud music, people racing their cars engines, loud motorcycles, etc. Rooms: Nice spacious room. Bathroom offered double lav, bathtub, and shower. Walkability: Conveniently located to the downtown area. Noteworthy details: Excessive street noise. Your sleep will most likely be disrupted.

Top class service and rooms. The bed was divine and the room layout was elegant and functional. Id love to stay here again when Im traveling through Denver. I had my little dog with me and was tired from a few days of driving, so it was nice to be at a hotel where every person I interacted with was wonderful and helpful. The Nickel staff and food were also fantastic.

Please consider staying at another hotel in Denver, such as Brown Palace or Meridien. I requested cancellation of a booking 2 weeks ahead of time, due to the fact that my Denver trip was canceled. Manager would not refund me the cost of the room for the 2 nights, and did not offer an option for later rescheduling. Regardless of the large amount of money lost, it is a shame to see an establishment disregard the importance of good customer service, as all representatives I spoke with were dismissive and inhumane. I have spoke with many who have had similar experiences.
