I had chosen Denver cleaning group based on the website description of a one time "deep clean" before our newborn arrives. In a string of bad luck, my car window was smashed and my purse stolen, with all my cards, and a decent amount of cash. I had to cancel the cleaning a week prior to our set date, as I now had to pay for a broken window, new ID, wait for new credit and debit cards, etc. My one star comes from this... As a "baby gift", a family friend was trying to surprise me by paying for the service, by having my mother ask about it to get the name and contact information. Next day she calls me, very frustrated that she wasn't able to surprise me because Yelena had no recollection of who I was, or what I wanted done. She accused my friend of trying to scam her by being a marketer.(what?! She was trying to PAY you). She was disrespectful and rude. Now, after reading other reviews, which I should have done in the first place, I'm glad we have decided to go with another company. Do yourself a favor, and stay away.
