        Rebekah and Jojo provided great quotes. They failed to tell me or put in the documents that initially the rate was if I paid in full (who does that on a $5k+ annual quote?). After adjusting the cost and then issuing the coverage, I start getting emails for Nationwide about needing to download an app or lose my discount - also not noted in the quote documents. When I ask Rebekah and Jojo about the emails and if they reflected a discount that wasn't shared with me. They never responded, so now I've drawn my conclusion and feel a bit of bait and switch from them. They should be fully transparent in all aspects when it comes to quotes.
