Worst place to insure anithing, DO NOT TRUST HER, I am not a complainer but I have to save anyone I can, my husband and I had a hit and run and we could never get ahold of this lady we do carry uninsured motorist everywhere we go (and if you start with her you die with her I guess), me and my husband had to pay for the car to be fixed, we requested to change our policy with someone else multiple times (about 5 if not more times) never happened, we also requested the cancelation of the policy about 20 times and she would say it was cancelled but every month after would TRY to take the monthly payment, the policy was RENEWED for another 6 months WITHOUT our authorization YES 3 months after we requested a cancellation of coverage and to resume everything she sent us to collection for not paying this new 6 months that we never renewed because we where covered under a different Insurance company, this lowered my credit score and left me with cute letters and calls from debt collectors that I did not deserved, also Ive emailed her several times to ask her to remove us from anything shes got me and my husband on and here we are this night mare for over a year still, now she was smart enough to swap the debt to my husbands name because was the 2nd person insured on that policy interest and stuff was added to his name from the collection company and then they tried to sue him for over $1000 because I refused to pay something I dont owe, I hope state gets involved in the way she operates DO NOT TRUST HER FOR ANYTHING PEOPLE not even low reputation companies have this type of service, I hope after this review she removes my email from her list as requested several times before, she doesnt know is harrasment or something,
