Patrick helped us buy our home in spring 2022 (aka insanity) and he did it with ease, patience, and great know how! In a time when places were going for 25% asking price, he worked really hard finding options for us and setting up visits. He was knowledgeable about the entire house buying process and was fantastic in explaining all the steps along the way.
