I have attended 3 trainings by Phyllis. They were regarding mediation, conflict resolution and building communities. I have learned ways to communicate that will save me time, money, stress and preserve relationships at home and work. I appreciate how she uses her knowledge and experience as an attorney to empower people to resolve conflict with mediation rather than litigation. In the trainings, we had people from varied walks of life and everyone participated. I believe this speaks to Phylliss ability to create a space where everyone feels safe and valued. For that reason, should I need mediation services in the future, she will be the first person I reach out to.

I spoke with Phyllis today and she was very kind and helpful of my situation. She took additional time to guide me and help me understand my rights as a tenant with my apartment. Phyllis explained where she could help and what the best course of action would be for me at this time. Though the case wasnt a match at this time, I will look to Phyllis for future help due to her prompt response and care she gave.

The webinar was very informative. I am certain I will use this information in upcoming mediations through District Court. If possible it might be better to divide the material into two sessions. Seemed a bit rushed at the end.
