Tri-Town Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Great people, good vibes. My second time here visiting from out of town and they were just as great as the last time. I always learn something new, and I like they spent part of the class with some practical self defense jiu jitsu which was great. Go check them out!

I trained here for a little bit a while back but found it to be a fun and welcoming environment for the most part. The instructors Mikey and sergio were really nice, welcoming and extremely helpful even though I was a klutz. They really made the effort to help me out and sadly an unrelated injury kept me from training more and would still be training there if I could

Just recently got back to full time training after a long break from the mat. Best decision I couldve made. Its become my second home. Prof Charles is an encyclopedia of jiu jitsu. The classes are fun and interactive. Solid hard training, adjustable schedules classes, the best folks to laugh and learn with. Come by and check it out and Ill see you there!
